Strategy Research Analyst

Eden Strategy Institute is a strategy consulting firm dedicated to social innovation and sustainability. Our mission is to drive positive change in the business world by helping organizations navigate the complexities of sustainability. We work on various strategy projects and are looking to build our team in Indonesia while collaborating remotely with our consultants in Singapore.

This is a hybrid role: The majority of work will be done remotely, with some in-person time in Jakarta.

*The contract may be extended to a permanent position after 3 months of probation.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with research and analysis for a range of strategy projects.
2. Produce strategy decks and presentations.
3. Collate secondary research into executive summaries.
4. Work independently to meet project deadlines.
5. Structure and communicate research findings effectively.

Requirements:

1. Recent graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia.
2. Must be based in or near Jakarta.
3. Strong communication and presentation abilities in English.
4. Ability to work independently and remotely.
5. Passion for sustainability and social innovation.
6. Fast learner with excellent research and analytical skills.
7. Business strategy/operations familiarity with sustainability frameworks/topics is a plus.
