Strategy Associate

Responsibilities

• Building a new product from ground-up
• Assist in strategic sales planning process by translating corporate management directions into on-the-ground actionable items.
• Drive execution of high priority initiatives by identifying and solving key business issues and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration across the organization.
• Support sales initiatives to enhance market understanding & knowledge and validate Moladin’s value proposition with on-the-ground research.
• Perform analysis of data to improve data visibility, identify insights and drive decision making.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting, project management, strategy, or data analytics (ideally experienced in data collection, data analysis, and data visualization).
• Preferred 1 - 2 years of experience in fast-growing startups or equivalent roles are also encouraged to apply.
• Past experience building or managing a marketplace in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity working with BI and data analysis tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Metabase, Looker, Python, R) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in SQL highly valued.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with handling large and unorganized datasets.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguous problems, constantly evolving job responsibilities, and various stakeholders.
• Diligent self-starter dedicated to delivering exceptional results with efficiency and speed.
• A humble team player who is pragmatic and willing to be hands-on.
• A genuine passion for personal growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
