Strategy Analyst

We are seeking someone who will assist all Functional/Department Heads in implementing strategies to enhance business performance and organizational productivity by analyzing the strategy.

Location: Head Office, Jakarta

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Technology
• Min. 5 years of experience, preferably from Consulting, Finance, Chemicals, Energy or Manufacturing company.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and identify strategic opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and convey ideas to diverse audiences, including senior management.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute long-term business plans and strategies.
• Ability to confidently stand by recommendations and opinions, even in the face of opposition or conflicting views.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.

Job Descriptions

• Collaborate and coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define and help execute strategic priorities, long-term objectives, and projects.
• Coordinate among the Office of Strategy Management team to ensure alignment, open information sharing, and minimal overlapping duties.
• Manage/monitor certain projects and strategic initiatives by driving execution with high quality and timeliness.
• Prepare executives for key meetings, calls, presentations, and events.
• Create business intelligence dashboards and analytics to inform executive decisions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional/department heads, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate strategic priorities, progress updates, and performance insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
