Strategic Performance Management Junior Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System Technology, or Mathematics will be an advantage.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience as business analyst, data scientist, data analyst, or data engineer in banking or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Comfortable working with large numbers/data sets.

Job Description

• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support performance reporting.
• Regularly track monthly regional, branch, and sales performance reports.
• Prepare Executive and Board reporting including monthly and periodic reporting packs.
• Identify and highlight key trends across the business performance to drive improvements.
• Facilitate the automation of standardized reports generated from systems or databases.
• Work closely with Accounting, Finance, and Financial Planning and Controlling team to address business requirements for financial information.
