Job Summary:

The Strategic Partnership Mandarin Speaker will serve as a vital link between our CEO and Mandarin-speaking clients, potential investors, and partners. This role will provide expert translation, interpretation, and strategic support, facilitating effective communication and fostering strong relationships essential for our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, contributing to business development and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Communication and Interpretation:
   1. Provide expert Mandarin-English and English-Mandarin translation and interpretation during high-level meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
   2. Ensure accurate and culturally sensitive communication, bridging linguistic and cultural gaps.
   3. Provide real-time interpretation during investor meetings and client presentations.
2. Relationship Management and Business Development:
   1. Assist the CEO in building and maintaining strong relationships with key Mandarin-speaking clients, investors, and partners.
   2. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into Mandarin-speaking markets and business trends.
   3. Assist in the preparation of reports regarding client interactions and market analysis.
   4. Facilitate the development of strategic partnerships.
3. Executive Support and Coordination:
   1. Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
   2. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports in both English and Mandarin.
   3. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
   4. Assist in the organization of company events and conferences that involve Mandarin-speaking clients.
4. Market Intelligence and Analysis:
   1. Conduct research and analysis of Mandarin-speaking markets, identifying potential business opportunities and risks.
   2. Provide insights into cultural nuances and business practices to inform strategic decision-making.
   3. Remain up to date on industry trends and regulations in the Mandarin-speaking market.

Qualifications:

1. Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and exceptional command of English.
2. Proven experience in high-level translation and interpretation, preferably in a business or financial setting.
3. Strong understanding of business terminology, cultural nuances, and international business practices.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
