Strategic Partnership Associate (Performance)

Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Associate (Performance) to drive and optimize our ancillary revenue performance while fostering strong relationships with both existing and potential partners. This role is crucial in ensuring the growth and sustainability of our partnership ecosystem, identifying new opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue streams.

You will fit in this job if you:

1. Have 1-2 years experience in marketing, business development or partnership.
2. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Ability to interpret revenue performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
3. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to tailor strategies for different branches, considering their unique challenges and market conditions.
4. Negotiation & Deal-Making: Strong skills in identifying, securing, and managing partnerships with various stakeholders, from SMEs to large corporations.
5. Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) and external partners to align business goals.
6. Clear and Persuasive Communication: Ability to communicate strategies effectively to different stakeholders, including 36+ branches.
7. Project Management: Managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
8. Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets & Business Intelligence Tools: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools for reporting and forecasting.
9. Marketing & Sales Tools: Basic understanding of digital marketing, pricing strategies, and promotions to support revenue growth.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategies based on business needs.
