Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Organize and distribute staff schedules.
Ensure mechanic support is implemented well by each BA in counter.
Make sure pricing is correct (regular / promotion price).
Evaluate ongoing mechanic support and promotion activity.
Oversee receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensure materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.
Ensure that an accurate inventory record of finished goods is maintained in accordance with established procedures and report weekly to Sr. Brand Manager & Asst. Brand Manager.
Communicate daily results such as numbers of customer walk-ins, closing customers, reasons for purchase cancellations, and sales achievements daily versus target.
Delegate fulfillment of customer orders to staff; maintain inventory database when orders are fulfilled.
Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed; window and VM to be aligned with brand standards and marketing calendar.
Recruit, coach, counsel, discipline, evaluate BA performance, and train employees on communication skills and cross-selling skills.
Liase with Brand executive regarding store needs such as: ATK, product-tester-sample replenishment and return, and marketing collateral in counter such as POP, blotter, paper bag, etc.
Monitor competitors' promotions (Dept. Store Concept).
Analyze customer database and delegate BA to contact, follow up, and build long-term relationships with customer database.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as Store Supervisor, preferably from beauty industry or high-end brands that have a loyal customer base.
Good in Microsoft Excel.
Have a sense of commerciality, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
Highly motivated and committed.
Eager to work hard, honest, and responsible.
Able to lead a team.
