Store Supervisor (JABODETABEK)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP
2. Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance
3. Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP
4. Understand product knowledge and ability to communicate it to customers effectively
5. Identifying the market trend in our target market
6. Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo
7. Making a sales report and sales planning
8. Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP
9. Ensuring the security of the store, staff, and customers
10. Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable

Requirements:

1. Age 26 - 35 years old
2. Minimum educational background Diploma degree in any major.
3. Minimum working experience of 4 years in a similar role in the retail sports and lifestyle industry.
4. Have an understanding of KPI Metrics.
5. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
6. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
7. Able to communicate in English.
8. Able to work well in a team.
9. Good personality, friendly, honest, disciplined, and confident.
10. Strong willingness to learn and develop in the retail industry.
11. Able to work in shifts including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
12. Willing to be placed in the Jabodetabek area.
