Responsibilities
Lead and give good direction to the Sales Team
Need to be able to sell
Prioritize customer satisfaction
Target oriented and have a great urge to sell
Selling fashion luxury brands
Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a fashion consultant to customers
Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
Controlling product stock availability
Controlling product and display material is in good condition
Controlling the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines
Qualifications
At least have a Diploma's/Bachelor's degree from reputable academy/university
Minimum 3 years leading sales team in retail industry
Customer-oriented with excellent service skills
High attention to details
Having skills to do customer behavior analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
Excellent and effective problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
