Store Manager - Medan

Responsibilities

1. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
2. Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance.
3. Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
4. Oversee stock and store operations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
6. Willing to undergo a background check including BI Checking.
