Store Manager - Jakarta

Create sales strategies and work plans to achieve sales targets.

Implement and monitor SOP compliance for recruiting, training development, promotions, finance, stock, operations to ensure the store complies with policies.

Analyze needs and provide support in order to improve an effective & efficient store management system.

Monitor and control store operational excellence so that daily operational activities are superior and support the achievement of store goals.

Analyze, monitor and evaluate store performance in predetermined areas to ensure achievement of targets and standard operational procedures, as well as help overcome problems in the store.

Monitor and develop staff in designated areas to establish a leadership succession plan.

REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma III, Bachelor's Degree (any field).

Have good communication, selling skills, and target-oriented.

Have at least 5 years experience as Store Manager.

Willing to work with shift hours (mall operating hours; including Saturday, Sunday & public holiday 1 day off on weekdays).
