Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to join Voila.id. If you are passionate about being part of the team, building & strengthening our luxury retail brand, this position is for you. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. • Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching.
• Manage and coach the team to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policy.
• Motivate the team to drive the business - create a positive work environment, empower the team, and encourage innovative solutions.
• Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (VM, clienteling, events, etc).
• Build a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives.

• Must possess a minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree.
• 2+ years experience in the fashion retail industry - medium to luxury.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a great sense of fashion.
• Excellent ability in team management & development.
• Role model in selling and floor management - training and VM.
• Attractive, confident, with high levels of social and networking skills.
