As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of passionate retail associates.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability while delivering an outstanding shopping experience
3. Coach, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
5. Analyse store performance data and provide recommendations for improvement
6. Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement best practices
7. Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry, preferably in the luxury or fashion sectors
2. Proven track record of driving sales, improving store operations, and leading high-performing teams
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and data analysis
6. Passion for the luxury retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
