These are the Job Requirements for Staff Reward & Personalia Position:

• Inputting, monitoring, and updating employee data in HRIS database
• Monitoring employee attendance records
• Monitoring and processing salary components for operators (Position Allowance/Skill Allowance/Hydrant Allowance/WIN)
• Processing employee benefits including medical, BPJS, and other benefits
• Understanding the workflow for BPJS Employment Claims (JKK & JKM)
• Understanding payroll and compensation & benefits processes
• Processing applications for condolences and congratulations benefits
• Sending employee evaluation forms to respective users
• Drafting employment contracts for employees
• Handling administrative correspondence
• Generating employee Time Sheet reports
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports
