Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process for materials, components, and services required in production.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing from suppliers.
  • Maintain and update purchasing records and supplier contracts.
  • Collaborate with the production and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any procurement-related issues.
  • Monitor market trends and material costs to optimize purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
