Assist the Product Development Supervisor in the daily activities of the product development process including preparing RM and running trials.
Assist the Product Development Supervisor in maintaining laboratory equipment and the work environment including daily checks on the cleanliness of equipment and laboratories.
Make daily reports in a more structured manner using a computer to the Product Development Supervisor related to product development activities.
Perform chemical analysis simple to support product development activities such as moisture content analysis, AW, Viscosity.
Qualification:
GPA min 2.75 of 4.00.
Minimum 1 year experience.
Food Processing.
Have an understanding of the culinary and bakery field.
Capable to operate equipment related to the food industry.
