This includes optimizing the utilization of a cloud-based project management system to maintain TaxPrime’s service levels to clients and integrate all components required for project completion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain online and offline customer funnel monitoring tools (CRM).
  2. Set budgets and targets such as KPIs and CaCs.
  3. Decide timely Marketing & Brand strategy for the entire company and each division.
  4. Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing activities with appropriate metrics that align with the company's goals.
  5. Conduct timely market research and regular monitoring of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
  6. Ensure adequate technology implementation for Marketing purposes.
  7. Coordinate regularly with Corporate Secretary and Managing Partners to leverage client acquisition and retention.
  8. Conduct periodical surveys to measure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  9. Identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators within the tax and financial industry.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with high fluency in written and spoken English.
  4. Experience in leading a multitude of marketing projects, managing teams and budgets, and conducting market research.
  5. Prior exposure to the tax industry will be highly advantageous.
  6. Proficiency in SEO, Social Media, and other online marketing tools, as well as monitoring tools such as CRM and BI Tools.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with adeptness in reading customer behaviors and market trends.
  8. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
