Staff Engineer Final Test Technology

In your new role you will:

• Define test handling roadmap and strategy for Power DSO and Mix signal products
• Define Qualification plan for new package and product introduction
• Manage all handling platform in Gravity feed, Pick&Place, Turret
• A mechanical knowledgeable person on handling development project and improvement on existing handling platform
• Develop final test solution with package and product developers across different sites/division, including OSAT
• Drive Test Cell Design rule into Package Development Process for various platform leaded and leadless
• Drive as a technical lead on problem solving, 8D, process investigation with other stakeholders using DMAIC approach
• Owner of test handling solution provider for new packages as part of the innovation project and following standard innovation milestone for all DSO packages
• Develop qualification plan for test handling platform to characterize, qualify and implement of new test handling equipment, producing test handling specification and outline design with cooperation with equipment provider.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master's / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with more than 5 years' experience in Semiconductor testing and familiar with Digital, Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Strong semiconductor test handling (Testing & Visual Mechanical) knowledge (turret, pick & place, gravity feed, strip/in carrier, Auto Vision)
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test production process and ability to foster test improvement tasks
• Hands on experience making electrical measurements using oscilloscopes
• Skilled in tools for production and quality control, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, such FMEA, DOE, 8D, SPC, Six Sigma, and other Lean concepts
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, and effective in defining, and meeting ambitious to stretched goals
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
