Responsible for executing Marketing Communication in Area, including managing advertising, sales promotion, PR exhibits, and trade exhibitions in order to champion marketing programs.
Conduct integrated branding and communication programs in Area which aligns with the nationwide marketing communication program.
Manage coordination with Sales Area to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Area-wide execution of marketing communication.
Conduct promotion programs that consist of Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), Brand Activation, and Marketing Public Relations (MPR).
Develop good working relations with the community, and implement communication programs in Area through sponsorship activities, expos, off-air events, and marketing events.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns in Area.
Measure brand preference index and brand awareness index.
Requirements:
Preferably someone whose home base is in Tuban Lamongan and/or surrounding areas, and who is willing to travel.
Possession of a driving license (SIM A & C) is preferable.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Marketing role. Experience in digital marketing, advertising, market research, or related fields is highly valued. Nevertheless, fresh graduates with related experience are welcome to apply.
Strong creative thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in the market.
Good communication skills, both in Indonesian & English.
Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media platforms.
