Staff-Account Executive

Role Purpose

Managing accounts under his/her portfolio, responsible for the achievement of revenue targets for Indosat Business Services, increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, initiating and accomplishing strategic projects with strategic customers, and maintaining customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution
2. Plan and execute corporate sales activities for Indosat Business Services (increase revenue & wallet share).
3. Evaluate and create programs to improve customer productivity in terms of service usage.
4. Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical, and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solutions and pricing needed by the customer.
5. Coordinate with Major Events to retain customers and increase customer loyalty.
6. Evaluate achievement of target production and revenue from customers in the resources & energy segment based on determined budget.
7. Conduct reporting of sales activity performance.
8. Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Development, and Technical functions concerning trends of services needed, market pricing, and customer potential.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
2. 2 years of B2B sales experience.
3. Knowledge about B2B business models and sales methodologies.
4. Proficient in English, both oral and written.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
6. Excellent analytical thinking.
7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
8. Flexible and adaptable in under-pressure situations and able to meet short and long-term deadlines.
9. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
10. Willingness to be placed in Kendari.
