Sr Specialist - Marketing Oncology

Job Description

Main responsibilities are to make PLAN, EXECUTE and MONITORING all activities of Oncology Therapeutic Area.

Main Responsibilities

• Planning Profit and Expenditures
• Brand Planning and Marketing
• Program Promotion Planning
• Stakeholder Customer Relationship
• To ensure the company can achieve its goals as per plan and drive business objectives effectively and efficiently while maximizing marketing functions.

Profit Plan and Expenditures

• Contributes to preparation of profit plans.
• Prepares project management for production and distribution of promotional programs.
• Contributes to preparation of sales distributions.
• Prepares budget for promotional activity.
• Monitors and controls budget every month to ensure all promotional activity can be delivered as planned.
• Contributes to planning ROFO for sales.

Brand Planning and Marketing Program

• Contributes to making 1-5 years marketing strategy for assigned in-line and/or new products.
• Prepares marketing program and executes it to ensure assigned in-line and/or new products can be accepted in the targeted market.
• Develops and implements consumer/patient-focused marketing activities in line with overall brand objectives.
• Conducts market research for assigned in-line and/or new products.
• Works with other areas of Marketing and Sales to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans.
• Contributes to the creation of marketing presentations and promotional activities.
• Monitors performance of assigned products to ensure they meet company objectives.

Promotion Planning

• Prepares, executes, and monitors marketing program activities, including all events.
• Prepares promotional materials such as leaflets, posters, websites, applications, advertisements, etc.

Relationship with Stakeholders

• Builds customer relationships with heavy user doctors, KOLs, and hospitals.
• Engages with government related to their medical programs.

Other Responsibilities

• Ensures updates to the company website and social media.
