Sr. Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and manage our social media presence across various platforms. This role demands a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of Content Strategist, Content Creator, and Copywriter, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality content and strategy execution.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
3. Create end-to-end social media management including content ideation, post scheduling, & community engagement both for daily contents and campaigns.
4. Perform competitor/trend analysis to ensure we create contents that are most relevant to our followers.
5. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in social media and minimum 2 years of experience in leadership role.
3. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
4. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
5. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
