Sr. Sales Executive - Food Ingredients

The role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PT Niaga Indo Tama. In this full-time position based in Bogor Regency, West Java, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers
• Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and product knowledge

What we're looking for

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Having 1-3 years of experience in a sales, preferably within the food ingredients specially Dairy industries
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
