Sr Officer Tech Order Management

Role Purpose

This role is needed because of the company’s change of business operations; the Order Management team will be responsible for creating Purchase Orders in the Coupa system. The Senior Officer is responsible for developing a working system and analytics to support Order Management in the Procurement Operation Department.

Job Description

• Review and approve all Requisitions to Orders
• Monitor and evaluate daily business processes, providing inputs on how to streamline the process
• Adhere to the company’s policy, especially L3 Order Management, while performing daily tasks as an Order Management Officer

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in a Technical Engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of experience using the Purchase Order module in an ERP system (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Good analytical skills, including joining tables in Excel
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Procurement/Sourcing Department for Technical/Network

Related Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience using the Purchase Order module in an ERP system (SAP system is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Procurement/Sourcing Department Technical (Network)

Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Intermediate MS Excel skills are mandatory
• Target-oriented approach and decision-making capabilities
• Effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals, making presentations, and project reports
