Description:

Role Purpose:

• Coordinate with customer and internal stakeholders in all matters to ensure project delivery on track, on budget & on scope.
• Collaborate with product teams to implement monetization strategies, such as Ad Tech, Analytics Solution, Identity Management & Data Analytics.
• Monitor and analyze data & web performance metrics, user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain complete documentation related to all planning, communications, and actions on delivering the services.

Operational Delivery Excellence:

• Deliver & lead Data Monetization projects to customers.
• Ensure that all Data Monetization Projects are carefully managed and optimized to deliver value to the business and customer.
• Deliver services to customers as per SoW successfully.

Strategic Data Monetization Delivery Management:

• Conduct regular assessments and mitigate risks associated with Data Monetization deployments.
• Deliver Data Monetization Projects with trends, technologies & infrastructure enhancements.
• Provide assessment and improvement plan reports.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align Data Monetization solutions with requirements.
• Gather customer feedback and use it to improve service delivery.

Minimum Requirement:

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor in Computer Sciences, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
• Certification relevant to Big Data Technology (Google Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Cloudera Certified Professional, or similar).
• Familiarity with Big Data platforms (Google Big Query, Hadoop, Hive, Apache Kafka, AWS, or Apache Spark).
• Familiarity with Data Visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with projects related to Data Monetization (digital advertising, data enhancement, telco scoring, data analytics, identity management, etc).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand planning and campaign planning.

Skills:

• Experience in designing and implementing reporting and visualization for unstructured and structured data sets using Data Visualization platforms.
• Proven track record of successful large-scale Big Data projects (minimum 3 big projects).
• Knowledge of data engineering with Big Data Tools and collaboration with Data Scientists on Big Data projects.
• Skills in developing and implementing AI/ML models to enhance data monetization efforts are an advantage.
• Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations.
• Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
• Good communication skills with key stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills.
