Description:

Provide ICT Solution and Design of Indosat’s service for enterprise customers as follows:

1. Solution architect for ICT infra, Network, and IoT solution.
2. Assist sales team to assess the customers’ technical requirements.
3. Create the technical solution design and cost analysis as a reference for sales offering and implementation process.
4. Ensure that the technical solution & design is valid and implementable.

Requirements:

Qualification:

• University graduate majoring in Information Engineering/Computer Science/Information System, Electrical Engineering (arus lemah), Telecommunication, or other related major with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Solution Architect/PreSales/ICT Product/ICT Operation in ICT Solution Provider/System Integrator/ICT Principal companies.
• Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
• Experience in handling projects in state-owned energy companies is a plus.
• Able to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgment.
• Flexible and adaptable in under-pressure situations and meet short and long-term deadlines.
• Good analytical and planning skills to translate customer requirements into matching products & solutions.

Skill & Competence:

• Able to design both ICT Infra (server, storage, firewall, network) and Telco (Connectivity, Internet, M2M).
• Expertise in Cloud/IoT/Application is a plus.
• Able to run and manage the project in terms of enterprise service.

Business Acumen:

• Understand and know the Market Segment of Enterprise Service.
• Understand the concept of basic business calculations.

Communication Skill:

• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
• Good presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
