Job Title: Sr. Mechanical Engineer (TPC Position)

Job type: Fixed Term Contract

Job Description:

• Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining quality mechanical equipment systems for onshore gas facilities and to ensure the budget and schedule are met as per company requirements.
• Conduct stress analysis and ensure structural integrity of mechanical components.
• Provide mechanical technical deliverables and ensure they are delivered according to the project timeline.
• Review and comment on 3D model, procedures, material classes, vendor data and study reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering task.
• Response to any technical query regarding any issues related to mechanical based on latest standard engineering practice.
• Provide engineering reports in a timely manner.
• Provide technical input for tender plan, technical evaluation and presentation.
• Ensure proper procedures in place and in line with the standard engineering and statutory requirements.
• Participate in quality control assessments.
• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in Mechanical engineering role within Oil and Gas industry with Project experiences covering from Conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC until Operation & Maintenance.
• Excellent Technical knowledge.
• Proficient in engineering tools/software.
• Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.
