Sr. Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Staffinc are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our client in an IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP Laravel and Python, with hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and proficiency in English is essential. The candidate should also have a degree from a reputable university, showcasing a solid academic foundation in computer science or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications using PHP Laravel and Python.
2. Machine Learning and AI Implementation: Develop and integrate machine learning models and AI algorithms into existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
3. Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain databases to ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
4. API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support seamless integration with third-party services and applications.
5. Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and ensuring high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, front-end developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
7. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
8. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly to ensure the smooth operation of applications.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on PHP Laravel and Python.
3. Technical Skills:
   1. Proficiency in PHP Laravel and Python for full stack development.
   2. Strong experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with hands-on experience in implementing ML models and AI algorithms.
   3. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
   4. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and database design.
   5. Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
   6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
   7. Version control systems such as Git.

   2. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

5. Work Arrangement:
   1. Able to work on-site (WFO) in Jakarta Timur.
   2. English proficiency is a must.
