The successful candidate will possess thought leadership and have extensive knowledge in working with Enterprise Application strategies and leadership. Experience creating Enterprise Application Roadmaps and Performance Metrics are preferred. You also have a strong sense of business and automation challenges facing Application and Business Leaders today.

What you'll do:

Research and represent thought leadership and advise Application leaders and Business Leaders and their leadership team on:

  • Working closely with the Enterprise Architect and CIO teams to create an overarching applications strategy for organizations that spans multiple areas like ERP, CRM and Digital Workplace.
  • Developing frameworks and templates that individual applications teams can use to create a business case to acquire new applications and communicate the ROI of application investments while helping clients reduce technical debt.
  • Providing thought leadership and a strong point of view on overarching megatrends and predictions impacting all enterprise applications to help organizations future-proof their application strategy.
  • How to organize and lead application teams (i.e., location of work, roles & responsibilities, operating model, organization design, evaluating application team performance, developing budget / finance).
  • Remain ahead of the curve on developments and issues within these specified areas as well as applicable adjacent areas of intelligent applications.

  • Experience leading strategic transformation projects that focus on Enterprise Applications.
  • An ability to articulate the role application technology plays in delivering business value.
  • Proficiency in selecting, implementing and integrating enterprise applications.
