Job Description

As a Sr. Corporate Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the company's financial planning, valuation, analysis and budgets
2. Developing and enhancing financial models
3. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
4. Conducting analysis of market trends to support business decisions and strategic finance initiatives
5. Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
2. Big 4 background
3. 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or advisory
4. Proven ability in valuations and financial modelling; familiarity with local accounting standards is a plus
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen business acumen
