Sr. Art Director

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire immediate design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration while enhancing their skills and knowledge in design and art.
• Creative Concept Development: Execute creative concepts alongside copy partners under the guidance of the Creative Director, identifying and nurturing big ideas.
• Visual Interpretation: Visualize concepts and interpret them into compelling designs that align with client objectives, ensuring brand tone and positioning are exemplified in every creative output.
• Client Engagement: Present big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques, serving as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Creative Execution: Provide insightful, innovative solutions that positively impact clients' businesses, driving effectiveness in every campaign.

A bit about you

• At least 5 years of experience in Art Director position. Experience in multinational agency would be a plus.
• Ability to develop and integrate motion graphics into campaigns is required.
• Proven expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools like Premiere and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual concept development, ideation, and art direction.
• Strong understanding of 360 campaigns and how to effectively integrate various media formats.
• Experience in industries such as Telecommunications, Banking, or Automotive is a plus.
