Job description

As Sr. Affiliate Sales Management you will play a key role in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies, recruiting and managing partners, and optimizing program performance to drive growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns and ensure seamless execution. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing trends.

Job Role:

  • Develop and implement effective affiliate sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate program performance using data-driven insights
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission structures, and incentives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging promotional content and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or compliance issues within the affiliate program
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in affiliate sales & marketing or a related digital marketing field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs
  • Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, trends, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and reporting software
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing landscape
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
