Job description

Are you a person who enjoys expanding your network, managing people, and is into social media/marketplace marketing? Then you are the one we are looking for! As a Sr. Affiliate & KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management, your role involves managing relationships with affiliates and influential figures in the fashion space to promote the brand and drive sales.

Job Role:

  1. Affiliate Management: Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to recruit and retain affiliates who can effectively promote Torch, establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, and monitor affiliate performance.
  2. KOL Management: Identify and collaborate with KOLs in the fashion industry, negotiate partnerships and contracts with KOLs, and coordinate KOL campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both affiliate marketing and KOL partnerships, track and measure campaign performance, and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates & KOLs to enhance TORCH's brand visibility and reputation, and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies and goals.

Job Requirement:

  1. Min. 2 years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing or related fields, experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and/or partnerships with KOLs.
  3. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and performance metrics.
  4. Deep understanding of the fashion retail industry, including knowledge of popular fashion influencers, bloggers, and celebrities, as well as emerging trends in influencer marketing.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and KOLs.
  6. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track KPIs and measure ROI.
  8. Ability to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
  9. Willing to adapt to changing market conditions, consumer preferences, and technological advancements in the digital marketing landscape.
  10. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
