Currently, we are looking for the position of Sr. Academic Coach (English). In general, you will coordinate with the Teacher Operations Department to ensure all class operations run smoothly. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

• Lead Cakap online and offline teachers,
• Center visit for classroom observation and evaluation,
• Monitor teacher performance,
• Provide training and coaching,
• Involve in teacher recruitment,
• Material development for teacher training and classroom teaching.

Requirements and specifications

To carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. The requirements are:

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience,
• Minimum Bachelor of Education, English, or in any major,
• Proficiency level minimum C1 (proven with an official certificate),
• CELTA/TESOL, TEFL certified with a minimum of 1 year teaching experience afterwards,
• Office software ability (Office/G-suites).
