SPV Recruitment & Training

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SPV Recruitment & Training to join our growing team at PT Anugerah Barokah Cakrawala in Batu Licin, South Kalimantan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment and training initiatives, playing a crucial role in the development and growth of our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with our company's needs and culture
2. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
3. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to upskill and develop our employees
4. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary
6. Maintain accurate records and reporting on all recruitment and training activities
7. Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of the HR team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar recruitment and training role, preferably within the HR or talent management function
2. Priority will be given to candidates residing in South Kalimantan (Kalsel) and surrounding areas.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employee training and development methodologies
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
5. Highly organised with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results
6. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure the success of recruitment and training initiatives
7. Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
