SPV Marketing (Property)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and create effective strategies according to market research developments
• Develop promotional plans, design campaign concepts and distribution, carry out marketing and company branding using digital media
• Create, execute and monitor sales plans both online and offline according to Company targets
• Collaborate with internal sales team to expand housing sales (Property)
• Respond to chats and comments on Company social media

Job Requirements

• Experienced in Marketing & Sales for subsidized housing (Rumah Subsidi) for at least 7 years
• Fluent in English (both spoken & written) will be an advantage.
• Good experience selling subsidized housing and has a customer database.
• Accustomed to using social media in carrying out promotional activities
• Have a private vehicle and an active driver's license, preferably car (there will be a transportation allowance)
• Good appearance and mature personality.
• Willing to be placed in Project Area such as Parung Panjang, Bogor / Depok (but works mobile according to Project Handled)
