Specialist, Business Analyst (Paper)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting data collection and analysis processes for each Business Unit line for dashboard needs
• Interpreting achievement data to provide integrated business analysis
• Conducting operational investigations to maximize the data collection process (if necessary)
• Conducting analysis of the accuracy of the data collected
• Providing periodic reports to direct superiors regarding business data analysis
• Working on additional tasks from superiors that are still within their scope

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above from Accounting/Finance/Business or any other related major.
• More than 3 years working experiences as business analyst, business development or other relevant experience.
• Experienced in managing projects on different scales from planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation to process optimization.
• Have strong design, critical and analytical thinking.
• Goal & details oriented type of person, able to manage pressure well.
• Adaptable, fast learner with high initiative, proactive and responsibility.
• Structured, organized, self motivated and versatile player with some exposure in strategic or operations.
• Working location is in Thamrin, Jakarta.
