Special Asset Management Manager

We are looking for Special Asset Management to be assigned to Bank Luna.

Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of distressed or underperforming loans.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of special assets through restructuring, workout agreements, or liquidation.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments on special assets to determine appropriate action plans.
• Conduct debt recovery litigation including negotiating with legal counsel, 3rd party law firm, mediations, legal proceedings or issuing a subpoena letter.
• Monitor and track performance of special assets and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to mitigate risk, improve recovery rates, and optimize the performance of special assets.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and industry best practices related to special asset management.
