Supervise and organize spa therapists and spa attendants, ensuring all aspects of the daily spa operation run smoothly and guests are provided with maximum levels of service and satisfaction. Work together with the Spa & AL Manager to maintain cost and monitor therapist and attendant/daily worker’s costs.
Implement daily checks & audits. File daily checklists of defects, glitches, and maintenance of the day. Report pending tasks to the Manager.
Responsible for controlling, reporting, and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in spa department activities. Report to the Manager with any staff-related issues.
Ensure implementation of property core standards in the department and regular assessments, checklists, and communication to your team and your superior. Responsible for ensuring Spa & Spa Retail operations are in line with standards and levels of service and guest satisfaction while the Manager is off duty.
Participate and work together with the Manager to ensure that all policies, procedures, and rules set by management are adhered to by spa therapists, spa attendants, and daily workers in communications at all times. Able to conduct short training.
Determine weekly tasks and report them as responsibility to the Manager. Ensure all administration and collect data on a daily basis.
Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
