SPA Manager will be responsible for managing the spa team, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring the smooth operation of spa services, programs, and facilities. Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational aspects of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and cleanliness.
Maintain and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement spa promotions, marketing strategies, and events to drive business growth.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
Monitor and improve service quality, ensuring guests’ needs are met and exceeded.
Manage budgets, revenue tracking, and financial performance of the spa.
Ensure a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of spa equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and hospitality, to create integrated guest experiences.

Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role within the wellness industry.
