Qualifications:

1. Minimum Education: S1 in any major
2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of services (preferred if you have experience in the field of beauty clinical services)
3. Critical, analytical, dynamic, problem solver
4. Great communication skills, fluent, can work with teams
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Understanding of administration, strategy, clinical management
7. Accustomed to working with targets
8. Eager to learn (fast learner)
9. Great public speaking (mandatory)
10. Strong leadership (mandatory)
11. Open-minded
12. Prioritize customer satisfaction and committed to providing the best service to customers

Job Description:

1. Ensure clinical operations run smoothly and in accordance with applicable procedures
2. Ensure the overall target for clinics is achieved
3. Make effective and efficient planning to achieve the targets set
4. Set the team schedule (all positions)
5. Understanding of clinical licensing (having experience preferred)
6. Responsible for inventory, inspection, maintenance of all clinical equipment on a regular basis
7. Responsible for providing operational reports and regular clinical income
8. Responsible for clinical services
9. Responsible for employee discipline, employee performance, clinical employee development (can coach the team)
10. Willing to be responsible for 2 clinics or more
11. Willing to join training sessions in Jakarta (2-month duration)
