Ensure all Sozo clinic facilities are well maintained, clean, safe, and aesthetically aligned with the brand’s standards.
Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations of equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all Sozo clinic locations.
Source, evaluate, and manage third party service providers including cleaners, maintenance technicians, security, and equipment suppliers.
Maintain an accurate inventory of clinic equipment, tools, and fixtures.
Oversee the procurement, installation, and repair of treatment equipment and clinic assets.
Collaborate closely with clinic managers and the operations team to support smooth day-to-day functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
Familiarity with building systems and treatment equipment used in beauty or wellness clinics.
Proven ability to manage budgets, contractors, and multiple facility locations.
Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends during urgent repairs or projects.
