The Old Market Bar in Bandon is looking for a full-time Sous Chef who will be in charge of preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.

The Role:

  • This will be ideal for someone who's looking to make the jump up the kitchen ladder.
  • Leading the kitchen on the head chef's days off.
  • Understanding and willing to learn GP's and labor costs in running a kitchen.

Requirements:
  • HACCP training is up to date.
  • Passion for food and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhance an already great team.
  • Accommodation available for this position if needed.
  • Tips are shared equally between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
