An exciting career opportunity as Sourcing & Procurement Executive is currently available for you to join us, becoming part of the world’s largest supplier of narrow elastic fabrics, covered yarns, and dyed yarns.

Main Objective:

This position requires full-time work on-site in our office in Tangerang, Indonesia, where most of the time will be dedicated to managing the procurement process of goods or services required by a company or organization. The Sourcing and Procurement Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of incoming goods, managing purchasing costs, and maintaining quality and relationships with suppliers.

Sourcing and Procurement Executives must have skills in management, negotiation, market analysis, as well as a strong understanding of the procurement process and calculation of goods (yarn, Dyes chemicals and General chemicals). In addition, communication, data analytics and problem-solving skills are essential in carrying out tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly reports and analysis of raw material usage.
• Update raw material availability data in the company’s ERP system.
• Regularly analyze and compare raw material prices.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Commercial teams for all logistics and import/export activities.
• Coordinate with the QA team to ensure yarn and dye quality align with OEKO-Tex and Bluesign certifications.
• Monitor open orders each month and assess the availability of raw materials in company stock.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews and source potential suppliers for better alternatives (Yarn, Chemicals).
• Negotiate with raw material suppliers and other company vendors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Purchasing/Procurement; experience in the Textile/Garment industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Office 365 and tech-savvy.
• Adaptable and effective communication skills.
