JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sourcing Executive. In this role, you will manage sourcing Indonesian wood products for export to our overseas customers. Your tasks will include staying in touch with current suppliers, finding new suppliers, checking product quality, ensuring shipments are on time, and safeguarding compliance with EUDR regulations. You will also organize and accompany overseas buyers on visits to supplier factories.

To be successful in this job, you should be good at networking, understand industry trends, production processes, materials, and finishing techniques, and be creative in sourcing products to help grow our exports. Your work will help contribute to the company’s success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all activities related to export sourcing
• Regularly visit both existing and potential new suppliers across Indonesia
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers
• Handle technical aspects of production and product development, including reviewing samples and improving designs and quality
• Help negotiate prices and follow up on production schedules
• Ensure products meet overseas buyers' quality requirements
• Organise visits for overseas buyers to suppliers in Indonesia
• Provide regular reports to the Product Developer & Sourcing Manager
• Perform other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing wood products
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Age 35 to 40 years
• Good spoken and written command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
• IT literate (Email, Excel, Word)
