SOP & Risk Management Officer

• Ensure the implementation of corporate risk management is carried out effectively.
• Creating and updating policies (business processes, procedures, work instructions, and others) in collaboration with related Divisions/Departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services institutions.
• Possess knowledge and experience in enterprise risk management, especially in financial institutions, preferably with risk management certification.
• Experienced and skilled in drafting policies (business processes, procedures, work instructions, and others).
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Visio).
• Familiar with the Quality Management System (ISO).
