Job Description

• Work with customers to design a solution that meets customers' specific needs.
• Propose suggestions and best practices to optimize customers' cloud presence, performance, security, and cost.
• Conduct assessments on the current customer architecture and define cloud adoption strategy or optimizations.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
• Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes when needed.
• Provide solution proposals to stakeholders and customers on solution development processes, components, costs, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Technology or Computer Science.
• 2 years of experience in a presales role or cloud architect role.
• A good understanding of Microsoft's Active Directory or LDAP-based identity management is a must.
• Good knowledge in at least one of the operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, Unix, or Solaris.
• Good understanding of networking, including but not limited to: TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS.
• Have a high-level understanding of cloud security or basic security concepts (such as firewalls, NGFW, WAF, etc.).
