Solution Design Manager (Logistic – 3PL)

Position : Solution Design Manager (Logistic – 3PL)

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business/Economic/Supply Chain, or related major.
2. Age 30-45 years old.
3. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable organization and/or function with a proven track record of new business development and success delivery against growth targets (Third Party Logistics Company or related field).
4. Experienced in dealing with customers at a senior level.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both spoken and written.
6. High analytical and sales skills.
7. Excellent drive and resilience.
8. Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
9. Computer literate – proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Knowledge of Warehousing Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
11. Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Design supply chain solutions based on customers' RFQs and consult on the project.
2. Customer-oriented, focusing on development and growth for the benefit of both parties with a strong business sense.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to ensure proper communication of clients' needs and ensure quality of service delivered.
4. Respond to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
5. Responsible for the results between budget and actual P&L, continuous improvement, and analysis of P&L.
