Solution Architect (Digital)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is looking to fill the position of Solutions Architect for a rapidly expanding Digital Business Solution Provider. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical advisor, providing expertise in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. This job is based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design end-to-end solutions for cloud, infrastructure, and networking projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
2. Develop architecture blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
3. Design and implement cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), leveraging IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
4. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
5. Architect on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments with a focus on high availability, disaster recovery, and security.
6. Oversee network designs, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
7. Provide technical guidance to development, operations, and support teams during implementation.
8. Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts for deployed solutions.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
10. Work with vendors and third-party providers to integrate and manage external services.
11. Ensure all solutions meet security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
12. Implement measures to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks.
13. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing, infrastructure, and networking.
14. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cloud architecture, IT infrastructure, or network engineering.
3. Proven experience designing and deploying solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
4. Proficient in cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes).
5. Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP) and tools (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.).
6. Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
7. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
8. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
