Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze/assess customer infrastructure designs to meet the needs of creating new infrastructure solutions based on customer requests and needs.
• Create a high-level proposal explaining the technical solutions and technologies used.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to create roadmaps and milestones for each solution design.
• Create and present technical and business aspects to customers of the solutions created.
• Calculate the basic costs of the solution created which will then be coordinated with the CRM team to calculate profit/loss, BOQ, SOW, etc.
• Monitor the implementation of work to ensure it is in line with the initial design.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• Have specialist level certification in the area of Network/System/Security/Cloud Technical.
• Minimum 3 years work experience.
